Sarah did her due diligence, and knowing my requirements she recommended a suitable tenant. Inspection was on a Saturday, new tenant recommended on Monday, and on Tuesday lease signed. Every time an application was lodged, we received an email notification. The top 3 applicants were presented to us from which we selected one. The leasing process has been smooth from the start.
