My current tenant wanted to break the lease, Sarah from Jas Stephens took control and ensured a smooth transition for me from tenant to tenant. Sarah only needed one inspection, and from that we received approx. 15 applications, which tells me Sarah and Jas Stephens are the ones that the community goes to when looking to rent in Seddon. Sarah did her due diligence, and knowing my requirements she recommended a suitable tenant. Inspection was on a Saturday, new tenant recommended on Monday, and on Tuesday lease signed. Our property was leased out after the first inspection. There were over 20 registered parties with nearly all of them showing interest. We received over 10 applications. Communication was good. Every time an application was lodged, we received an email notification. The top 3 applicants were presented to us from which we selected one. The leasing process has been smooth from the start.
