My husband and I have bought and sold and rented several properties. Hands down, George is the best. We can't speak highly enough of him and we recommend him to all of our family and friends. He is an expert who will give you honest advice and work with you to achieve the best outcome.

George is very capable and personable. We feel we sold our home for the best price we could get, in very difficult global circumstances. Transaction was minimal fuss and professional. Pleasure to deal with.

George was incredibly helpful and supportive when we purchased a home where he was the agent. George was flexible, responsive, always on top of the COVID regulations and continue to provide support even after we moved in. We would recommend him!

George was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he achieve our goals, he made it simple and seamless. Having worked in the area for about 20 years his knowledge is second to none, particularly when it came to our target demographic. He communicated via email and phone after every inspection and instilled us with realistic confidence that our property would be sold. He worked really hard to negotiate with buyers and meet our reserve. We have no hesitation to recommend him. Thanks so much George

George has a fantastic understanding of the West Footscray market. He was diligent, clear and concise. He made our experience very positive during uncertain times (mid-COVID-19 lockdown). A fantastic agent and genuine person.

From the beginning George knew he had the right place for me to buy and I couldn't be happier with my new home - it was a seamless experience. He understands people, enjoys interacting with them and getting to know them better so they're happy with their big purchase. He's a person full of respect and very affable. Thank you George!

George was nothing short of amazing. This was my first home and after working with other agencies throughout my journey, George and the Jas Stephen's team were by far the best. George was always available to answer any of my questions and helped me every step of the way - truly remarkable!
