Honest, reliable & great to work with, delivering a result that exceeded our expectations

From start to finish Tate and the Jas Stephens team were easy, reliable and enjoyable to work with. Everyone from Tate through to the Marketing and Admin teams went above and beyond for us - it's a well-oiled machine from a process perspective. Even prior to formally engaging Tate, we weren't hounded for our business which we appreciated...! Tate kept us up to date regularly and was honest and direct in his advice to us. I can only guess that the many positive attributes we experienced as vendors (human, likeable, transparent) were also experienced by prospective buyers too. Even in a tricky market Tate was able to achieve a result that exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tate and the Jas Stephens team to anyone considering selling, even in a market that's unpredictable right now.

Highly recommend

We would highly recommend Tate. His knowledge and down to earth approach is really refreshing. He keeps us informed throughout the whole campaign, and has an open and honest communication style. We have sold a few houses with Tate now, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.
