This was potentially very difficult time due to mum’s health. Regular open for inspections and potential auction was not a good option. Andy was very aware of our situation and very open to using his industry contacts to sell. He also suggested small sign on house suggesting forth coming auction to generate local and pass by interest - this strategy paid off and we sold without fuss and in good timeframe.
