It is with great pleasure that I recommend George Alexander from Jas Stephens. During the sale of our home in Yarraville, he was considerate, friendly and professional. He is a great communicator & we always felt well informed. He showed an understanding of the stress involved in selling our home & juggling family & life commitments & we always felt supported by him. His easy going nature is also a great advantage when selling your home & we appreciated all his efforts. Rebecca & Steve

My wife and I were very happy with the service we received from Tate Moore during the recent sale of our home in Seddon. Tate managed our expectations and anxieties, was always professional and provided frank and honest feedback throughout the campaign. Tate achieved a sale price that met our expectation, despite the home selling privately after auction. We would not hesitate in recommending Tate to anyone selling in Melbourne's inner-west.

Tate did an amazing job selling my property - not only the outcome but also keeping us informed and providing us with direct buyer feedback - overall a great process and would and have recommended Tate to friends selling - and they all had similar experiences

The purchase of a house through Jas Stephens Real Estate turned out to be a surprisingly stress-free and positive experience, thanks largely to George Alexander. George always responded quickly to our requests for inspections and information. Thanks also to Astrid and Tate who we found to be very helpful and professional in our search for suitable houses. We ended up getting the house we wanted at a price that we thought was fair to both buyer and seller.

I could not recommend George and Jas Stephens more highly , I found both George and the company very easy to deal with and talk though any of my concerns during the selling process. I always felt comfortable that they were doing the right thing by me and representing my home in the best way possible . George was very honest and frank with what he had to say and I would never hesitate to recommend him or Jas Stephens to my family or friends.

We were 'newbies' at selling a home. George was recommended to us and he was superb. He stepped us through the process we were embarking on, suggested what to focus our efforts on to prepare our home for presentation, kept us advised of interest following open day inspections, and closed the sale with apparent ease. George suggested a price range that was well in excess of what we had imagined, and negotiated a sale price within the upper end of the range. George's dealings with us were at all times most professional and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we sensed that he was genuinely happy for us with the result.

George Alexander of Jas H Stephens is peerless. His knowledge of the market and the pulse of the buyers within it was invaluable when it came time to sell my property in Maribyrnong. This was the second home George has sold for me and again he managed to wrestle a price from the buyer that exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend George within a heartbeat, in fact I wouldn't even take that long.

We have just sold a house with George and he did a fantastic job. Not a easy house to sell and he got us a excellent price.

This was our third real estate interaction with George Alexander and Jas Stephens. So it comes as no surprise that George and his colleagues hold our trust with these important transactions. We have always found The Jas Stephens team led by Craig to be professional, open and available. Having both sold and purchased through them, its the purchasing experience that gives us a lot of comfort in choosing them to represent us for sale as they have always communicated to us with integrity. It's important to know potential buyers of your property are at ease with your selling agent to allow them to negotiate in good faith without barriers or concerns. Jas Stephens are not as active in our suburb as other agents more local, but we always knew that their professional approach would deliver the right result for us and sure enough, it happened swiftly. George has helped us achieve great results twice now, his experience shone through on this recent sale, negotiating a sale within two weeks of listing and two weeks ahead of our scheduled auction. I know the purchasers of our property appreciated not only our house which they bought, but the buying experience with George also. He made it easy for all parties and all parties are very satisfied with the outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending George Alexander and Jas Stephens to anyone considering selling their home, choosing the right agent is such an integral part of achieving not only the right sale price, but peace of mind and clear communication throughout the process. Thanks again George and Jas Stephens team ! Rick & Prue Haggerty

What can I say, for our first purchase in the area after living in the South Eastern suburbs George provide expert knowledge of the area and worked with us to secure the property we were after. George communicated and worked in with our schedule to get the deal done. I would highly recommend George and Jas Stephens to anyone and should we ever look and selling / purchasing again George will be our man.
