He gives realistic price guides, knows the inner west market like nobody else, and provided a really thorough timeline of the sale campaign and set expectations that he clarified and checked in on throughout. He is approachable, honest, and had nothing but time to answer questions, explain the process, provide his thoughts and stopped short of providing advice - the consummate professional.
