I had a great experience selling my house at auction with Andy and Jas Stephens. He was very knowledgeable on the area and the potential purchasers. His communication skills are excellent and I always knew were we were in the campaign, and his predictions were spot on. The pre auction meeting was very detailed and help allay any nerves. From first contact I was confident Tate Moore and the team at Jas Stephens was a great fit for me. Tate has a great knowledge of the inner West and provided me with a couple of sales strategies - the one he favoured could not have gone better! He is very professional, listens and offers great reassurance. He calls when he says he will, and no question is too small (or stupid!). I was really nervous about selling my property - he managed to get an offer well above what I expected, and it was all done in the matter of days!
