Jason has been an understanding and patient real estate agent throughout the time from our first engagement with Jason for him to provide us with sound advice on the real estate rental market at the area of our rental property to finally securing a tenant for us. In addition to that, he has provided assistance in mitigating issues that arises due to unforeseen circumstances throughout the process. Most of all, he is down to earth and very approachable with prompt response as we commence the rental process. Happy to have him and his team as our agent in managing our rental property at Murrumba Downs.

I purchased my Kallangur property through Ray White at Murrumba Downs. Dealing with Jason was a pleasure and negotiations were concluded quickly. I was so impressed Jason's team have continued to managed the property for the last three years. Living interstate I rely entirely on the agent to manage the property, look after maintenenace issues and keep it occupied. Jason and his team have done a great job and have excelled in managing the property. They are prompt to respond, courteous, helpful, give great advice and more importantly look after the property and tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Jason and his team.

I have been with Jason and his team for 9 years and have been very happy with there service. They are professional, knowledgeable of the area and make the process of being a landlord and finding tenants pretty stress free. I find Jason to be easy and fair to deal with and he gives you his honest opinion and not what you want to hear which i find hard to come by in the real estate industry. Whether you are looking for a property manager or to sell I highly recommend Ray White Murrumba Downs.
