Jason and the team at Ray White Murrumba Down's have been nothing but exceptional. We became landlords for the first time 2 years ago and in that time Jason has made us feel involved in every aspect of the properties up keep. We would highly recommend Ray White Murrumba Down's, Jason and his team to anybody.

Jason has provided us with excellent advice and support with managing our investment property. Over several years we could not fault their service. Jason and our property manager Tami have been in constant communication with us, keeping us up to date with any aspects concerning our property. We know of other agents that do not provide even half the service and support that Ray White Murrumba Downs team has delivered.

I have been satisfied with Ray White Murrumba Downs as an agent looking after my rental property. I believe knowledge has been maintained on current market values and rental values and as a property owner, have been kept well informed. Since selecting Ray White as an agent for my property there has always been appropriate tenants demonstrating the agent skills in selecting good tenants to maintain the property and have ongoing rental payments. Communication has always been proactive via email or telephone to discuss any situations arising for the property needs and to keep it well maintained. Jeanette Reynolds
