We have now had two distinctly different experiences with real estate agencies in Queensland since moving from Victoria. The distinction works in Ray White's favour considerably. We had a very fulfilling and satisfying experience with Jason as a property manager. We recently bought a newly built property in Kallangur, QLD which is miles away from where we live. As a property manager Jason represented us to inspect the property, follow up on defects, update us on the progress with providing photos. Even before the settlement he could able to find a tenant. We are very pleased with our decision to use Jason and Ray White Murrumba Downs as our rental agent. I dealt with Jason personally initially even though we were just renting and not selling, and we have since moved overseas, the team has been very prompt at relaying any issues and has dealt with the tenants breaking lease and re-leased the property with no issues. This could have been a costly and frustrating experience but it was all seamless. We will definitely use Jason to sell when the times comes.
