Matt has a great agent Peter Brown working with him. Both Matt & Peter were fantastic, they have assisted me a lot as a buyer. They have strong market knowledge, and is easily approachable. They also posssessed strong determination in helping secure a successful deal between the buyer and seller. I have no reservations in recommending them. Peter, thank you for your time in making this deal happen. Couldn't have been easier without you. And unlike all the other real estate agents that I have encountered for the last 3 months while purchasing a property, Peter stood out the best. The others are very biased and one-sided and all they are interested in is helping the seller, while they treat the buyers poorly. I can understand that as the seller normally pays them. But do remember, I will be a seller one day, and when I try to sell my properties, I will definitely remember the ones that have treated me badly!

Craig was able to sell my Unit, in a timely fashion for a reasonable price in a market which is very flat. He was straight forward and professional in all his dealings and made sure I was kept up to date with the sales process even though I was interstate and overseas at times. Our property was sold to a client who was already known to us, but Matt was able to raise the sale price to the minimum that we would accept.
