Then I love how they go above and beyong their respensibility just to get me early access to the property for eclectricity connection before the settlement time. Matt did a great job looking after the sale of our rental property. He took a no fuss approach to dealing with embedded tenants, and chased hard to get the best result possible. Overall it was a hassle free sales process and we got a reasonable price. Matt also provided good advice on negotiations regarding B&P which ultimately netted us a few more thousand dollars than we otherwise would have.
