AWESOME RESULT!
My previous experience with Real Estate agents had left me feeling underwhelmed for the lack of service provided in both rental and sales. Therefore i was a little apprehensive in choosing someone to sell my apartment. After careful research chose Cameron and Broderick based on reviews and professional response in both time and answering my questions. I was a little worried that once they had signed me off on the contract that i would be forgotten about but it simply did not happen. Cameron touched base every few days and even managed to calm me down when feeling a little anxious. Never once dismissed and always patient in explaining every step pf the process they sold my property above our reserve. Buying from interstate was pretty easy!
Cameron and Broderick were very helpful during our purchase by auction of a property in Brunswick East recently. As was only in Melbourne for a few days from Tasmania and had many properties to view in a short time, they were really helpful in opening the property to view at a time that suited me.The necessary documentation was sent to me promptly and the whole process was as easy as possible. Bidding in an auction for a property which you really love is always a bit stressful, but huge fun, and actually winning the final bid was a happy moment! It is a beautiful apartment, very well presented and well managed by Cameron and Broderick. His preauction description on the day was very honest and positive and really accentuated the good points of the property. If I was selling I would be very happy to have Cameron on the job. Likewise when attempting to buy a property.

Professional job, a win win for all parties!
Very professional, the auction was held in a very competent manner. The "talk up" to start the auction was spot on. Cameron didn't go overboard or long winded with his description of the property as we have seen at other auctions. He gave everyone sufficient time to bid and didn't pressure bidders. Both Cameron and Broderick were able to negotiate the sale so it was a win for for all parties involved. We felt comfortable with the state of negotiations and they kept us well informed through out the process. When we come to selling our town house later next year we shall use Jellis Craig.

We could not recommend Cameron more. Both he and Broderick Turmine were completely professional. They kept us completely in the loop throughout our campaign. They helped us with engaging a designer and gave honest feedback about our presentation. Auction day was exciting and supported. Cameron was an excellent auctioneer. His expert skills saw us exceed our reserve substantially. We could not have been happier.

Finally happened.
Its taken more than a year but Elizabeth finally got me into a building that I was trying so hard to get into. After a few attempts we finally got there. Her follow up work and enthusiasm to enable my eventual purchase was exceptional. So happy to have dealt with her over the last year or so. Have no reservations in recommending her and Jellis Craig.
