The service I received from Cameron and Carlo was exceptional. Carlo went out of this way to constantly update my with new properties as they came to market. As a time poor worker it was truly helpful that the research was done for me and then I could spend Saturday's to look at the properties. On numerous occasions, Carlo opened properties up late night and mid-week to fit my schedule. Cameron was a big help when it came to the negotiation stage of the property and made the private sale as seamless as possible. Great service all round, friendly and always happy to help!

Cameron and Broderick were very helpful in facilitating our purchase of 12a Lae St. Broderick kindly approached us to make an offer on the property when another buyer made a bid. He was able to meet me in person to complete a formal offer on the same day and notified us promptly when our offer was successful. He was able to talk us through the process of settlement from this point forward. Cameron was very helpful in arranging with the vendor to allow myself and my partner to have a second viewing of the property after our successful purchase. He was able to answer our questions about the property and settlement. He promptly provided a receipt for our deposit also. I would recommend both Cameron and Broderick when buying or selling a property in the future.
