Your rental prices are higher then should be for all the little retirement villas built and barely maintained since the 70's you charge $450+ a week for. You "Professionals" clearly don't evaluate anything either, my lease States the NBN is connected at N/A location along with N/A being the answer to when the place was bond cleaned, all safety checks and smoke alarms yet you still charge $450p/w... I spent 6 months being rejected for over 100 other applications and think I'm going to sing praise when finally offered an overpriced bodgy houseflip that wasn't even eligable to pass rental minimum standards?!!
