Every thing appeared to go smoothly when tenant's gave notice to vacant and new tenants signed and moved in. Maddie kept us informed all the way.

Not a good start
My experience has been tainted by the fact that our property manager that we were allocated to after the transfer from Harcourts failed to notify us that our current tennants were vacating and I only found this out when I went to get a hard copy of our lease renewal form. Since then the process of re pleasing our property has been relatively hassle free but I must say very expensive at $606 - which I am advise is less than what it should be if Methvens charged their normal fees. I will wait and see, how the ongoing service is before looking at whether we stay with Methvens.

Very Happy Client
My wife and l were told recently that the house we were renting was being sold and we began our search for a new home. Re-leasing of Apartment
We had to renew our rental apartment lease recently. The existing tenant had terminated their lease early. Methven staff helped us through managing the change of tenants including the advertising & leasing to a new tenant without loss of any rental income. All this was sorted within 2-weeks. They advised with the options available to us and kept us updated throughout the process. A big thank you to the Methven team, especially Emily, for looking after us.

Excellent service and very professional
A company is only as good as the personnel they employ n this is reflected in the person managing our property. We currently have Olivia Finis as our property manager n must say that we are very impressed with her professionalism. She always responds to our messages, even when she's on leave! And she would advise us on what needs to be done. We hope she'll continue to stay on as our property manager.
