Great service and professionalism

Great service

Staff at methven professionals are fantastic
The staff at methven professionals croydon are fantastic. They have always communicated with me and regularly do inspections recently I had a tenant move out, they found a new tenant with no days lost to it being vacant.

Selling and leasing
The director Brent has great knowledge about the market. He is trustworthy and responsive. We changed to leasing from selling due to change of our personal preference. Brent has been great in communication since we met for the first time. Different from others, he was transparent and honest about the market, the process, the fee and the expectation. We have been tired with “mental games” with real estate agents in general. So we are really glad that we could build trust with Brent. It was straightforward and clear. We love working with people with good values and ethics. When we changed to leasing, he introduced us to his rental team without being pushy for us to sell. The whole process could have been much more stressful if we didn’t choose Brent and his team. We had some concerns with the rental team at the beginning but we raised it up with Brent and it was resolved quickly. Now the property manager Mel is also responsive and good at communication when managing our property. Would recommend Brent and his team.

My experience
My property manager was Mel and the overall experience was nothing but great !! It couldn’t have been a smoother experience. This is my 3rd rental property with all different agents and this was by far the best. 10/10 :)
