Exellent Agent
David handled the sale of our property with great skill in a hard market for selling vendor. We live interstate but David ensured this to be no problem during sales process. He ensured we were fully informed with feed back in a good consise to point manner. Having previously sold various homes and units David as agent is by far best agent we have used. We would have no hesitation in using him again as listing agent or recommending him to friends and family.

Great Agent
We found Mary to be very engaged with the task of selling our first and only home of 39 years. She was energetic, thoughtful and professional at all times. She hade a game plan in place and followed it to the end with a few needed tweaks here and there when needed. The end result was a sale within the week especially in this declining market. My expectations were high and Mary was painfully honest when needed to be in helping us in selling our home. I wouldn't be taking the time to write this review unless l was happy with her services and hard work. She definitely looked after us and the buyer to achieve the desired result. :-)

Excellent Agent & Genuine - First Meeting you won't look elsewhere
Mary is genuine and no small talk and direct to the point and very knowledgeable of the area and market trends making your feel at ease. The decision to engage Mary was an easy one. I did not even have to source anyone else from the first meeting. Over many years I have dealt with many agents that say but don't deliver but nothing near the exemplary service and delivery that Mary provided and that I could trust and have confidence in selling my property. I would highly recommend Mary without hesitation to any potential vendor wanting to sell a property as the results and negotiations with the purchasers was dynamic and informed with results quickly conveyed to you to make an informed decision. She would always after each inspection call or leave a message about the persons viewing and the feedback from each one that is rare these days from an agent. There was nothing Mary would not do for you and even offered to assist if we found we where struggling to get everything ready in time. It was important for me to be able to discuss with Mary our expectations as this was a joint decision with my partner and we felt very comfortable in her advice and listening to our plans for a positive outcome. All our expectations were exceeded and we are now looking forward to our next chapter in our life. A great result in a challenging market
As the Melbourne housing market took a downward turn price wise and my apartment was up against several others in the same complex, David intuitively gauged the level of interest and price expectations amongst the interested buyers. He liaised smoothly between myself, the tenants in the property, the conveyancer, the rental agents, and the prospective buyers. At every stage of the process I was updated with rich reports detailing all feedback as David made sure to follow up on every lead. I also appreciated the call/text after every Saturday open inspection. Based on David's ability to assess the shifting market, he was able to provide the right advice to make sure the buyer and myself were happy, and my apartment wasn't left high and dry on the listings like the other apartments which are still waiting for the sort of success that David can bring.
