David was very helpful and was able to guide me through the sale from start to finish. It was unfortunate that the timing for our house sale was when prices were dropping dramatically and yes I did expect a little more than what we got but I believe David did the best he could with what he had. What made it a little better was he was able to get the settlement period to just under one month, this helped us financially as we were able to get the whole amount paid in just 4 weeks instead of having to wait for the usual 3 months settlement.
