Professional Experience

An Amazing and Supportive Experience
I can't thank David Egan and the Ray White Croydon Team enough for all the support, care, informative information and recommendations they provided during the time of selling my parent's home. My childhood home. David gently walked alongside us throughout the process, explaining things as we went, making recommendations to myself and my family about how we can best present our family home in order to get a great outcome for my Mum and for the future owners of our home also. David made himself available at all times to answer our questions and provide information. He was clear and informed with his information, flexible, caring and super kind to my elderly mother and the family. David, I and my family can not thank you enough, the words just don't express our gratitude. I believe David was the best agent to go with
David was very helpful and was able to guide me through the sale from start to finish. It was unfortunate that the timing for our house sale was when prices were dropping dramatically and yes I did expect a little more than what we got but I believe David did the best he could with what he had. What made it a little better was he was able to get the settlement period to just under one month, this helped us financially as we were able to get the whole amount paid in just 4 weeks instead of having to wait for the usual 3 months settlement. Thanks David.
