I have had contact with David Egan over a number of years. Although it was unlikely that we would sell, David kept in contact without being intrusive. As our circumstances changed and we decided to sell, David was the first person we thought of. We have been delighted with the results. He is a pleasure to deal with. He is well informed and works tirelessly to put the property to potential clients in the best possible light. He is available at all times to answer questions and to give advice. In this particular case he even organized an open house (and sale) on Xmas Eve after the initial sale was not completed. A very satisfactory arrangement for everyone.
