Great agent, highly skillful and professional
We would highly recommend Brent Earney and the team at Professionals Methven Croydon. Brent was extremely helpful from when we were preparing our house for sale all the way through to securing a sale in a short period. Brent is very professional and at the same time easy to communicate with. He is a master of his craft.

Agent Knowledge
Brent's broad knowledge of both real estate but also building code requirements was a big help and was of particular importance in te final stages of the sale. It probably saved us considerable extra cost and certainly helped with our stress levels. Perhaps a bit more communication through the process could have been helpful. But overall pleased with the outcome.

Definitely a Professional!
From the time he initially visited us to explain the selling conditions and give us his opinion of what was achievable, we were impressed. Final asking price was subject to the joint opinions of the group's large sales team located at four locations from Croydon through to Lilydale. We could not fault the attention to detail, the advice on presentation or the ongoing contact as the inspections came and went. The sale was finalised within 4 weeks.

Stress Free Purchase
