Honest and Calming Manner
Initial contact was an honest assessment of the house with practical suggestions, honest appraisal and calm communications. He was not showy, sleazy or ultra confident but reassuring. We thought his strategy of opening times, suggested price range and target market were positive. He accommodated potential buyers with additional viewings and was clear to them with the price guidelines. We were present when final negotiations took place and were impressed with his calm honest approach with each bidder. His gently persuasion without pushing them outside their limits was comforting. Post sale his communications have not diminished. Highly recommended.
