The Best Real Estate Agent Experience
I’ve never thought highly of real estate agents, and to be honest, all of my past experiences (from renting to buying our first home) unfortunately lived up to my expectations—rude, unresponsive, arrogant, the works. So, when the time came to sell our home, I wasn’t exactly excited about the process. (I’m sure many people out there feel the same.) That’s why I was so surprised when we came across Jen. She was extremely professional, honest, and hard-working. From the very first meeting, through all the open homes, and right up to the final negotiations, nothing was too difficult. I’ve never met an agent who works as hard as Jen, and her communication is simply outstanding. The real estate industry—and Jellis Craig—are lucky to have her. Bottom line: if you’re looking for an agent, Jen’s the one.

Lynn is very professional
After four months of searching for the perfect family home Lynn Mitchell changed what was up until then a frustrating experience for us, Lynn made everything from the initial inspection through to making an offer and then negotiating the final purchase price an absolute pleasure. Lynn is a complete professional and her style of dealing with real estate is in my opinion the way the book should be written. If the day ever comes and we decide to sell our new property Lynn will be our choice.

We were introduced to Jen Harlow from Jellis Craig on a recommendation by a good friend and on our first meeting with Jen found her to be totally professional and caring. Jen provided us with good advice regarding the real estate market and took into account all of our concerns and made the sale of our property easier. Any concerns we had Jen dealt with these in a thoughtful and professional manner. We always felt that she was only a phone call away and was very quick to respond to any of our questions and that nothing was too hard for her. Couldn’t be better
The best thing about Jen is that she makes herself readily available ALL the time - like even if when I needed some information at 9 o’cloxk at night, I’d leave her a message and the next thing she would have replied.
