The Best Agent
Over many years we have used a number of Real Estate Agents for one reason and another and they all are all basically the same. There for the Commission and push you in the Direction they want never listening to our thoughts. Other times we have even found ourselves creating our own sales pitch for a home and indicting the Marketing plan only because we didn’t have any confidence in what they were proposing. Same rhetoric all the time promising one thing and doing another leaving us lacklustre with all Real Estate Agents. Then we met Rod Yan at Jellis Craig Doncaster where he seemed Genuine and Sincere answering all of our questions and over time we now know our first impression was correct. Always available and you know Rod is working for you and nobody else. Flexible when needed and the best thing is there is no Rhetoric he is a breath of fresh air and if all Agents were like Rod selling your home would always be a pleasant experience. We were given a recommendation to use Andrew by a very experienced person in the industry and he did not let us down. He achieved a sale in a very tough market at a price we were happy with. It was clear that his experience and knowledge of the buyer market was the key to achieving a sale at in a timeframe which was important to us.
