Although the it was harder, Rod was very professional through out the whole process and is able to find the right buyer and seal the deal. He is a great negotiator with extensive market knowledge. Over many years we have used a number of Real Estate Agents for one reason and another and they all are all basically the same. There for the Commission and push you in the Direction they want never listening to our thoughts.
