Great Agent
Dealing with Thi on the purchase of our new house was a pleasure. He made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. He answered all our questions that we asked nothing was ever too hard for him he felt more like a friend that we’ve known for years. We were happy with the communication and the end result. Gets the job done
We didn't sell at Auction and Thi worked all Sunday into the night the next day to get a deal done. Since dealing with other agents trying to buy a house, I know that other agents don't often return calls, especially on a Sunday. If we had a chosen someone else we might not have had the same result. We selected Thi because he gave us the impression that he could be trusted. He was everything we could have hope for in an agent. He was adaptable and flexible in his approach, courteous of the fact that I had a young family, giving guidance to make this stressful task seem so seem less. If you are still undecided, look no further because Thi will not disappoint.

Outstanding Agent with extensive market knowledge

Professional and Personable Agent!
My partner and I have had a wonderful experience with Shaun, we met Shaun at the first inspection and he was well presented and very professional. Throughout the process we felt comfortable and assured, as our agent Shaun was with us every step of the way. On several occasions we went back to him with questions and he got back to us promptly, in many instances he went above and beyond to liaise with the vendor to ensure our questions were provided accurate answers. Shaun is also very passionate about what he does and this can clearly be seen from our day to day interactions. Moreover he is very accommodating and understanding which made the purchase of our property so much easier!
