Most Recommended Agent!!!
We are about to move in to our very first home in Melbourne! Big shout out to Nicole Qiu who introduced this amazing property to us privately based on her own understanding of our enquiries. We spent around three months visiting tons of inspections and auctions but couldn’t find our dream house with a price that we could afford. Luckily we had met Nicole for several times when we were at her openings, she promised to keep an eye for us at the market and she really did! We were overwhelmed by this lovely townhouse (location, price and condition on point!!!) that she brought us to and decided to put an offer on the property straight away. Her professional knowledge over the market and superb communication skills simplified the purchasing process. We were very grateful to have such an experienced and responsible property sale consultant to be our agent. Nicole will definitely be our very first choice if we get to purchase any investment or self-occupied properties in the future. Brilliant!!
From the minute I met Anthony at the property, Jellis Craig were nothing less than sensational handling the sale of my mother’s home. At all times communication was clear and concise, honest and reasonable. Following every open for inspection I was telephoned with an update, and strategies changed to create most interest...... and the spectacular auction result in a ‘low’ marketer speaks for itself.
