A 3rd generation real estate agent that had all the skill required and a work ethic that was instrumental in achieving the amazing price that i achieved. Especially impressive was the time she took to stay back and help the eventual buyers after open homes and taking them back through privately multiple times ensuring that they were ready and comfortable to bid on auction day. She stood with the buyers during the auction to encourage bidding and you could see the buyers trusted her advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Erin for any home owner wishing to sell.
