Outstanding agent
Having approached a number of different agents we found that Andrew Keleher at Jellis Craig was the most professional. They delivered everything that they promised during the process. The communication was fantastic where Andrew would call without fail a verbal activity report followed up with a written report after every opening. In the end we got more than what we expected before auction thanks to the fantastic job they did. Great Agent!
We only met Andrew on auction day as our main contact was with Nicole Qiu. Andrew was found to be friendly. On auction day, Andrew was realistic and honest with what was happening outside and along with auctioneer James, they made every effort to get the property above the reserve price. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Jellis Craig for future real estate needs

Outstanding Agent!
We learnt the full value of a great real estate agent because we initially chose to sell our home with a different real estate agent. When we moved to Jellis Craig, our experience was vastly different. In our first open for inspection with Jellis Craig, we had more people through our house than in the month long campaign with the alternative agent. Nicole was simply outstanding- efficient, organised and an outstanding communicator. She had close knowledge of the area and the current market. But what we most appreciated about Nicole was her ability to listen and take on board our insights about our home. We really felt our house was a great home- Nicole was able to clearly convey this to people attending our open for inspections. We ultimately sold our house with Jellis Craig within 7 days for our initial asking price. We would not usually put our names to any company. But in this case we make an exception. Our experience with Nicole Qui and the entire Jellis Craig team was exceptional and they come with our highest recommendation.

We first met Nicole at another property’s auction and observed the way she worked as this was the best way to find out how an agent goes about their business. The first call Nicole made to us demonstrated her knowledge and expertise. Nicole is well presented and showed a genuine interest helping us at our first meeting. Nicole’s first impression to us was incomparable to the previous agent we hired that resulted in an unsuccessful campaign. Nicole and her team did a tremendous amount of work throughout the marketing campaign. We were well kept informed every step of the way with phone call updates following every open home and her next course of action. Nicole was very transparent in providing factual and honest information. Furthermore, they were very approachable and always responded to our queries without hesitation.
