Excellent Agent
I initially spoke to Thi on the phone regarding my now new town house. We spoke on the phone for a little while and it was then Thi thought above property would be perfect for me and my kids. Upon inspection, Thi provided me with all positives and it was then when the negotiations started.. And I purchased this amazing property. If it wasn’t for Thi and his outstanding communication and equipt with all information about the property it may not have worked out. Thank you again Thi for being honest and upfront with everything. Salesman on Top
Thi ensured the sale of the house went as smoothly as possible. Couldn’t fault the process and advance notice of all things required. He acted and dressed professionally at all times. He even went above and beyond his duties by popping in with morning tea knowing we were so busy trying to clean out a home lived in for 50 years by an uncle. I’m sure we got the best in getting Thi.

Great salesperson and mate
The first time I met Thi, I was impressed by his professionalism and straight forwardness. I had questions (which I new the answer of) and he in turn answered me honestly and without hesitation he definitely knew his business. The sale/auction of my 94y/o uncles residence took some months and during this time Thi was very supportive with my needs and concerns. Best agent
Mr Shaurn is not only selling the house but also masking friends with customers. He can find customer pain points and fix them at first time.
