Sharyn's approach combines professionalism and friendlines extremely well.
We contacted JellisCraig amongst other agents when deciding who to list with and how to sell. We found Sharyn's approach balanced a strong market knowledge with a genuinely friendly attitude. As we progressed, it became apparent that she had much to offer in regard to advice and guidance, but she never forced that knowledge upon us. Sharyn also has a pragmatic and honest bargaining approach which we believe helped close our final sale.

Well conducted and achieved a price much higher than expectations
On behalf of my 95 year old mother-in-law, I commissioned Dallas Taylor and his team at Jellis Craig Doncaster to sell her home at Doncaster East. This followed a recommendation of him from a mutual acquaintance. Dallas and his team of Shaun Wang, Kerrie Duggan and others were extremely professional in how they went about marketing her home, as well as introducing a large number of prospective buyers to the listed inspections and other individual appointment only inspections. There advice on the requirements relating to the Vendor were invaluable over the 6-7 weeks from the original contact date to the auction day. Prompt updates were provided following weekly inspections, with details relating to prospective buyers sent to us. On the auction day Dallas conducted it in a professional, pleasant manner and achieved a final bid that was well in excess of our expectations. Sharyn is an approachable and helpful person
We purchased property through Sharyn. At all times she was happy to spend time with us discussing any questions we had. She was approachable and helpful. We felt she did a good job, despite being so busy she still made you feel like you were important. If she didnt know the answers she found out and got back to you with the information.

Super easy to work with!
I definitely recommend Kristy to anyone who wants a hassel free sale. After failing to sell at auction, I decided to change agents and decided to contact Kristy based on her success rate in the area. Kristy was very helpful even at our first meeting with low cost tips to improve the saleability of our property. The sales campaign was smooth and Kristy kept us up to date. Her dedication got our sale across the line - she met with the purchasers on a Sunday to get contracts signed!
