We were very happy to have chosen Thi as the agent to sell our house. At all times he was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Having enjoyed living in our home for 35 years the prospect of selling it was daunting but Thi's attitude to the task, his reassurance and friendliness made it as painless as possible. We were very pleased with the end result. A big thank you to Thi and all the Jellis Craig team who were a pleasure to deal with.

Thank you and your firm for a wonderful result. We would particularly like to thank Nicole for her dedicated work at open for inspections and on auction day – she is a great sales person with a very warm and convincing personality. Also James did a great job as auctioneer explaining the attributes of the property and stimulating price increases. We would have no hesitation in recommending your firm to our neighbours and other friends in the area.

We contacted JellisCraig amongst other agents when deciding who to list with and how to sell. We found Sharyn's approach balanced a strong market knowledge with a genuinely friendly attitude. As we progressed, it became apparent that she had much to offer in regard to advice and guidance, but she never forced that knowledge upon us. Sharyn also has a pragmatic and honest bargaining approach which we believe helped close our final sale.

We achieved a sale price above our expectations as a result of the professionalism and experience offered by Dallas the team at Jellis Craig on auction day and during the marketing campaign. We were also very happy with the communication, feedback and advice offered throughout the campaign.

On behalf of my 95 year old mother-in-law, I commissioned Dallas Taylor and his team at Jellis Craig Doncaster to sell her home at Doncaster East. This followed a recommendation of him from a mutual acquaintance. Dallas and his team of Shaun Wang, Kerrie Duggan and others were extremely professional in how they went about marketing her home, as well as introducing a large number of prospective buyers to the listed inspections and other individual appointment only inspections. There advice on the requirements relating to the Vendor were invaluable over the 6-7 weeks from the original contact date to the auction day. Prompt updates were provided following weekly inspections, with details relating to prospective buyers sent to us. On the auction day Dallas conducted it in a professional, pleasant manner and achieved a final bid that was well in excess of our expectations. Consequently I have no hesitation in recommending Dallas Taylor and his team at Jellis Craig Doncaster to all that are considering selling their property. Robert Oxley
