We were delighted with the result Andrew and the Jellis Craig team achieved. Six months prior we listed with another prominent local agent who failed to achieve a result after an arduous and extensive marketing campaign. In just three weeks Andrew a chief a result beyond our expectations. For anyone wanting a local expert we would highly recommend Andrew and his team. Thank You Jellis Craig for a job well done!

I'm over the moon. It's taken some time for reality to sink in. Kristy, Chris and the Team at Jellis Craig were brilliant and the result reflected their professionalism. I interviewed a number of agents before selecting Jellis Craig. I went with Jellis Craig on the basis of their punctuality, their extensive knowledge of the market, their ability to build rapport, to effectively use technology and to develop and implement an appropriate marketing strategy. They demonstrated high 'Integrity' in all their dealings doing everything and more than what they promised. Dallas was a brilliant auctioneer. I would strongly recommend Kristy, Chris and the Team to other vendors.

Anthony, managed to sell our property after it was passed in at the auction.

Anthony sold our home in Doncaster East in November 2015. We were from the start extremely happy with the way he handled our sale. It was important to us to our agent was our point of contact with client feedback and follow up on open for inspections ect. With previous homes we have sold we found consistency was an issue for us. We discussed that with him during t the initial meeting and he assured us he would follow up himself which he did which was greatly appreciated. Along with his professionalism he was friendly with our family and friends, and was a pleasure to have around during what can only be considered very stressful time. Added to all that he got us an outcome we were comfortable with. We not consider using anyone else for our future real estate needs. Thank you once again Anthony!

I have sold 3 houses in the area with Chris as the agent and been extremely happy with the results each time. He and the team at Jellis Craig managed the process very well and are very effective in their approach. In particular, I have always felt I could trust Chris and his advice and communication throughout the process which has been extremely important to me.
