As a first time seller the information and work put into the sale cannot be questioned.Andrew made it clear for me to understand the process involved and what was required from me and alleviated any concerns from the initial inspection of the property and planning stage right through to the sale of the property. I was always notified of the results of the open house inspections shortly after they were complete and was given a run down of progress. The day of the sale was very nerve racking but the professionalism of Andrew and his staff were outstanding and to sell the property on the day for a great price and such a quick turn around from the initial inspection. From the first meeting my wife and I were very impressed with Dallas. We had a difficult site to sell, as it was previously listed with another agent. With a four week marketing campaign and some hard work, Kristy managed to sell all units and all within the quoted price bracket. Kristy also had some marketing ideas that I thought were quite impressive and to her credit produced a sale due to her cleaver thinking.
