Frank is a highly experienced agent and auctioneer who has worked in the area for many years. We have seen his work at multiple properties over the years and chose him after speaking with other sellers who have used his services. Frank was honest about the pros and cons of both our house and it’s location. He told us what he thought our house was worth (which aligned with our thoughts) and he was spot on. No trying to lower or raise expectations. He told us he had buyers ready to go and 2 days and 1 inspection after listing, the house was sold.
