Whilst George was there for the owners he certainly hooked us in. At no time did I feel that George was being dishonest or exaggerating the truth and both Rose and I took to him straight away. Frank is a highly experienced agent and auctioneer who has worked in the area for many years. We have seen his work at multiple properties over the years and chose him after speaking with other sellers who have used his services. Frank was honest about the pros and cons of both our house and it’s location. He told us what he thought our house was worth (which aligned with our thoughts) and he was spot on. No trying to lower or raise expectations. He told us he had buyers ready to go and 2 days and 1 inspection after listing, the house was sold. Hassle free, stress free right from the first discussion till the end. Loved the no B.S approach. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use Frank and his team next time.
