This is the third time that we and members of our family have engaged Dallas Taylor and his team to sell our homes and on each occasion we can only say that he has worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth transition of our sales from beginning to end. Dallas is a gentleman totally committed to his profession, a man of integrity and honest beyond belief. We certainly cannot speak highly enough of Dallas and his team.

Andrew was extremely professional, thorough, provided very good feed-back throughout the campaign and achieved an excellent result. Well done Andrew.

I chose Dallas after a thorough process of research into the local real estate market. He impressed as having detailed knowledge and his organisation the best reach in the market. He and his team did not disappoint. They were thorough, timely and professional at all times. I believe I got the best outcome for an unusual and quite unique property which would not be suitable for all buyers interested in this area of one acre blocks. The price achieved was well ahead of reserve and I am really pleased with the result. Special mention also has to go to Kristy Djordevic for her dedication to the job and her empathy for the client.

We were always kept well-informed throughout the campaign and it is without any hesitation that we would highly recommend Andrew and his team. Thank you so much!

We had worked with Dallas as a buyer some years ago and were very impressed with his integrity and understated approach. Dallas Taylor & his team recently sold our Donvale property & in our view, a more professional team & agency would be hard to find. Selecting an agent is one of life's more difficult decisions & we interviewed several of the leading agencies both in & out of the area. Dallas & his team were the clear choice – an experienced 4 person sales team with a strong sales record coupled with highly efficient back office support. From Dallas we received open & honest advice from the start & throughout the campaign the communication process was excellent from this outcome oriented, responsive team. Dallas & the team instil confidence in their vendors & on auction day, Dallas, being a highly skilled auctioneer delivered us a terrific result. We would highly recommend him & the JC agency to future vendors.

I recently engaged Andrew Kelleher and Jellis Craig for the marketing and sales campaign of a development of 7 townhouses. The development was a high quality boutique project which required a professional agent who understood the importance of a targeted marketing campaign to attract the right level of buyers. Andrew was excellent throughout the campaign with excellent knowledge around where to set our price points and what combination of print/online media to use. His negotiations were professional and we achieved exceptional results for the area. We were very pleased with Andrew and Jellis Craig and would not hesitate in recommending them - Campi Developments

I would highly recommend Dallas to sell your home. He has excellent knowledge of properties in the eastern suburbs and has an excellent team that supports him in his aim of achieving the best result for his client. In selling our property he reached well above our dream price in only 5 days. This is why we have used him as our agent for over 10 years now and will continue to use him and his team.

Dallas, and his co-agent Kristy, showed complete professionalism and kindness during an emotional decision to sell, downsize and relocate. We have a video of the auction and could not believe what Dallas pulled out of the bag, dealing with bidders who wanted a bargain and a genuine buyer who had not even visited the home previously, but fell in love on viewing 10 mins earlier. This was all done in freezing cold conditions, where all JC agents were dressed immaculately and showed complete control. Very happy vendors
