Dallas, and his co-agent Kristy, showed complete professionalism and kindness during an emotional decision to sell, downsize and relocate. We have a video of the auction and could not believe what Dallas pulled out of the bag, dealing with bidders who wanted a bargain and a genuine buyer who had not even visited the home previously, but fell in love on viewing 10 mins earlier. Andrew drew on potential buyers waiting in the wings to achieve a speedy (two weeks) sale for us. This contrasted with previous fruitless months on the market with an earlier agency. Our property, no doubt was not for everyone, a renovated 1890s Victorian farmhouse on nearly two acres in suburban Templestowe, with a heritage listing. He brought his professionalism to the table, but listened to, and acted on our wishes. He was personally readily accessible to us throughout. We particularly appreciated that he negotiated persuasively with the buyer to achieve a good price.

Being involved in property and development through my work I was already aware of Jellis Craig in Armadale and their reputation in real estate across Melbourne. For my place being in a different area I did my due diligence anyway and spoke to a few other agents in the area but quickly confirmed that Andrew and his crew at Doncaster were also at the top of their field and an easy choice as the agent for selling my house. The campaign was simple but targeted, what they needed from me was clear and well articulated, they offered good advice and access to industry contacts which enabled me to present the property in the best light. The JC crew especially Andrew Michael and Laura were great, they put the home in front of a host of real buyers and created genuine competitive interest in the home. The auction while nerve racking was amazing and the result speaks for itself. I have no doubt that is in the largest part due to the work of Andrew and his team and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone thinking of listing their home.
