I found Andrew and his team at Jellis Craig ,East Doncaster ,to be very professional, his knowledge of the area ,and current market trends was very informative and helped us greatly. He made the whole experience very comfortable, and his team were very accommodating .They were always available ,and given that selling a house is traumatic enough ,they made the whole experience easier ,especially in that we were very demanding vendors, they were able to achieve our price,

Andrew drew on potential buyers waiting in the wings to achieve a speedy (two weeks) sale for us. This contrasted with previous fruitless months on the market with an earlier agency. Our property, no doubt was not for everyone, a renovated 1890s Victorian farmhouse on nearly two acres in suburban Templestowe, with a heritage listing. He brought his professionalism to the table, but listened to, and acted on our wishes. He was personally readily accessible to us throughout. We particularly appreciated that he negotiated persuasively with the buyer to achieve a good price.

Andrew Keleher knowledge of real estate and business management are quite exemplary. In our dealings with him, I have found Andrew to be conscientious, methodical, organised, co-operative and responsive. He has acted quite professionally in the sale of our parents home and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him.

Being involved in property and development through my work I was already aware of Jellis Craig in Armadale and their reputation in real estate across Melbourne. For my place being in a different area I did my due diligence anyway and spoke to a few other agents in the area but quickly confirmed that Andrew and his crew at Doncaster were also at the top of their field and an easy choice as the agent for selling my house. The campaign was simple but targeted, what they needed from me was clear and well articulated, they offered good advice and access to industry contacts which enabled me to present the property in the best light. The JC crew especially Andrew Michael and Laura were great, they put the home in front of a host of real buyers and created genuine competitive interest in the home. The auction while nerve racking was amazing and the result speaks for itself. I have no doubt that is in the largest part due to the work of Andrew and his team and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone thinking of listing their home.

We felt Andrew Keleher (and all the Jellis Craig staff) were easy to work with - they were approachable, helpful and always available to continually keep Mum and I up to date with all the areas of the campaign. We particularly appreciated that Andrew wasn't pushy and always listened to any concerns we might have had. The end sale result exceeded all the family's expectations. Thank you Andrew and your team.
