This was our second property sale with Andrew Keleher and Nicole Qiu from the Jellis Craig Doncaster office. After an excellent result on our first property Andrew and Nicole achieved another excellent result in very different market conditions dictated by the Covid 19 pandemic. Nicole was always professional in arranging the one on one inspections, maintaining the Covid 19 hygiene requirements and keeping us informed. We received detailed and honest feedback throughout the campaign and achieved a sale in less than three weeks on the market. We are pleased to give a strong recommendation to Nicole, Andrew and the staff in the Doncaster office. Ken & Sheryl West

We were very happy with Nicole’s approach and attention to her handling of the sale of our property. At all times we found her to be very professional with client appointments taking place smoothly and always on time. She kept us briefed on feedback from clients and followed up on those who were genuinely interested in our home. We were very happy with the final result that she achieved.

Shaun is a wonderful agent! He recently sold our house for us and the whole process was seamless. We were selling from interstate and during COVID-19 so were a little anxious about how things would go. Thanks to Shaun's professionalism and thorough approach, it was incredibly easy. From organising tradespeople to a stylist, Shaun ensured our property was looking its best. Our property was only on the market for about 10 days before Shaun found a fantastic buyer. We were thrilled with the result and couldn't recommend Shaun more highly. He is an honest, friendly and efficient person and dealing with him was a pleasure. Thanks again Shaun and Jellis Craig Doncaster!

Nicole was my agent for purchasing my house in Kew as well as for selling my property in Hawthorn. Both my husband and myself are truly impressed by her professionalism! She is diligent and is always willing to help and answer questions, even after hours! Nicole has a very pleasant personality. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to purchase or sell their property. All the best, Nicole. Hope our party would cross again!

Andrew and Nicole have helped us a lot durning the process. They are knowledgable, patient, responsive and always available. They try their best to help to arrange inspections according to the clients' schedule. It took a very short time for us from putting an offer to actually getting our ideal house.

Andrew Keleher and his team was responsible for achieving an excellent result on the sale of our home. We were amazed and delighted with the price achieved when our expectations had sunk very low as the COVID 19 lockdown loomed. We needed to sell as we had purchased an apartment. Andrew remained confident and reassuring throughtout the sales campaign. We chose Andrew because he not only came across to us so positively but because he had achieved a great result for our daughter three years ago. We did not interview other agents as we did on other occasions when selling properties because we were so satisfied with our initial interviews with Andrew. He listened to what we desired and created a plan that gave a better chance of a good result which he delivered. We have already recommended him to other prospective vendors and will continue to do so. Graham & Glenis Kingsland
