Enthusiastic, empathetic and a good communicator
We offered Chisholm and Gamon the opportunity to invite interested parties to a pre-sale inspection in the week prior to Christmas. The bottom line is that, by the end of the week, we had three offers, any of which we would have accepted. So Chisholm and Gamon delivered on finding prospective buyers and achieving formal offers. At the end Sam negotiated a price and terms that we were happy to accept on the Friday evening before Christmas. During the process Sam and his team were considerate of our pets and mindful of the disruptions to the household.
