We offered Chisholm and Gamon the opportunity to invite interested parties to a pre-sale inspection in the week prior to Christmas. The bottom line is that, by the end of the week, we had three offers, any of which we would have accepted. So Chisholm and Gamon delivered on finding prospective buyers and achieving formal offers. At the end Sam negotiated a price and terms that we were happy to accept on the Friday evening before Christmas. Sam and Rhianna never lost sight of the goal to market and sell our home. Firstly our home was on the market at a price but the buyers wouldn't commit. So we discussed different tactics and decided to auction so we could have some closure as there were many people looking and interested but with the market down, buyers are biding their time even when they see something they like. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and Rhi, they did a great job with the advertising, the copy, arranging the photos and most importantly keeping me up to date with every single detail by email, text or phone even on their days off. I have a sales background and think it would be difficult to find a better team for what could be a most stressful time. Placing possibly your largest asset in their hands is a good decision. They would have to have the best data base of contacts in the area as they don't burn people. Many of their clients are repeat business, that speaks for itself.
