I found Andrew Wandermeer a hard working guy. HE WAS ALWAYS RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS & EMAILS NO MATTER WHAT OR WHEN. Andrew was quite helpful for me to find the right property, I was happy to pay a bit more for 1/51 Ruskin Street Elwood and deal with someone who returns back to all my enquires asap , I think he enjoys his work and very keen to find the right buyers for the vendors, at the end I should mention that he even answered my phone call when he was at his day off and I found about it later from his colleague, thanks Andrew.

Torsten provided great assistance with my sale in a tough market & for a house I felt was not an easy sell. We worked together over quite a long period of both off market and on market sale, and his enthusiasm didn’t waver!
