Sam and Kathy sold our apartment in May 2018. My wife and I are based interstate and made the decision to procure Sam following a personal recommendation and upon meeting him late last year. His communication and understanding throughout the selling process has been first class and Sam and Kathy are one incredible duo. Unfortunately our unit did not sell at auction last month and we had to list as a private sale but we were still able to secure a desirable outcome. The data and information collected on those viewing the property as well as from RE and Domain gave us comfort they understood the local market and helped us make an informed decision on the sale. We got the impression towards the end of the campaign that Sam and Kathy were utilising the wider resources and clientele of the Chisholm and Gamon group. Kathy also assisted with recommendations for trades that were required to repair the property following the exit of our tenant and we really valued that willingness to go and look at the property and advise what was really required. Sam is a local that lives in Elwood and it was his interpersonal skills and local knowledge that we felt would get us the best possible outcome and I highly recommend his services to anyone considering selling Bayside. They were both readily accessible via text, phone or email.
