We have met with many agents over the past 2 years in our search for a property and we have been approached by many to assist to sell our apartment. I have always found Sam the easiest to deal with. We needed to get our place on the market within 7 days and he and Kathy and the rest of his team made it happen with ease. He works around the clock and answers calls and emails straight away. He communicated everything including when inspections were on outside open times and always let us know how they went. He followed up all potential buyers fully which allowed us to sell before auction for a great price to one of his database clients.
