This is what my two teenage daughters said to me after the recent and very involved sale of our house. I replied that I would probably be beside myself. And I have always appreciated his lack of BS and hype - my BS filter is fairly well calibrated... Each and every property and client are different and I never felt I was getting a formulaic campaign. Three times over. . . His team are incredibly friendly and available. Each time I was more than happy to hand over the reins to them. As a single parent, this has been invaluable and important for us. I also need to mention that I have purchased a property through Torsten as well and he knew exactly what I needed from knowing myself and my small family over the years.
