This is what my two teenage daughters said to me after the recent and very involved sale of our house. I replied that I would probably be beside myself. Unlike most sellers, we did not want a traditional campaign as our property was an investment property. Torsten was very mindful of this and did everything to ensure that the tenant was 'ok,' and we were not disadvantaged. Their years of experience in the industry and knowledge of the marketplace was evident, giving us handy tips on how to make our property stand out which we implemented, final testament being a sale before auction with a fantastic result. Throughout the campaign period, Kylie kept us fully informed after every open inspection so we were never left wondering on how things were progressing. The extra care she put into our place was evident from helping us bring in outdoor cushions before the weather turned, turning off lights; just being extremely thoughtful. We chose Sam because he knew he would be good to work with - and having a good working relationship was the most important thing for us. We wanted to deal with someone who we could work together with and Sam proved that was with his enthusiastic attitude and hard working ways. As well as being very experienced and knowledgeable Sam was able to take our thoughts on board and was open to treating our property as a unique site and not just another listing like all the other listings.
