Hard negotiator in a tough market
Mike provided us with excellent advice and a strategy suitable for a softening market. It was a strategy also put together knowing our time frame for moving interstate. Mike advised us that whilst quality properties were still selling well, an auction wasn’t necessarily the best option and we developed a strategy and marketing campaign around a private treaty sale to flush out negotiations on price from the outset. This worked well, however, this strategy needs to be backed by a hard negotiator who also has the integrity and honesty to build trust with buyers in the process. In this market, the flashy agents who talk with puffery won’t get the deal done as well as an honest work horse agent like mike. Highly recommeded

Very reliable and accomodating
Mike was a delight to deal with. He was very flexible and allowed us to visit the property outside open inspection times. His approach during the whole process was one to really enable a good result for all parts involved. Highly recommend him!

Purchasing from Trevor Gange
We have recently purchased a property from Trevor, and as a purchaser we had minimal dealings with Trevor. However, since purchasing, Trevor has been of great assistance. From dealing with a difficult vendor, to obtaining a quality tenant through his quality team, Trevor has been first rate and his knowledge is invaluable. Fantastic Agent
Trevor was fantastic as our real estate agent. Very transparent, clear and honest on processes and expectations. Communicated Constantly and Effectively
Trevor communicated constantly and effectively with us. There were many twists and turns, but Trevor navigated them with great skill. He was energetic, creative and provided useful information about services to assist us. Great buying and selling experience
