It was always a pleasure to deal with Trevor Grange while we inspected the house at Melrose Street. He was prompt in his responses to all our questions. He knew the North Melbourne Market very well. We found the final negotiations difficult as we were both inexperienced and nervous during this phase of the process we felt that we were not always listened to and that we were being pushed fairly hard. We understand that at this point his client was the owner and not us the purchaser and that he would have been acting in the best interests of his client.

Simon and Danielle make a fantastic team. They were insightful and suggested several ideas that I believe contributed to the successful sale of my property. They were pleasant to deal with and always available to go over any concerns I had during the preparation process and on through to the auction. Simon is a skilled auctioneer; he manages to bring out the best result for the vendor without reverting to over pushy tactics I often associate with other auctioneers. I was impressed by the rapport both he and Danielle built with potential buyers and was pleasantly surprised by the interest they managed to drum up during a time when the price of one bedroom apartments in my area was low. Their diligence and approachable manner was appreciated and gave all parties a sense of security from the outset. My only advice is to be rigorous in discussing all additional costs before the process begins - I wasn't as clear as I could have been regarding my budget and this led to some confusion. Simon and Danielle put in a lot of time and effort and for this we were rewarded with a wonderful result. I am very happy I chose them to represent me, I recommend them without reservation.

Even if you're not selling but fancy a history lesson of apartments in the inner-north give Charlie a buzz. Upon entertaining the thought of selling Charlie compiled one of the most comprehensive market analysis I've ever seen in any market. He really knows his stuff. Being a WA based investor, and working FIFO out of Darwin, I thought that selling my one bedroom apartment in Fitzroy was never going to be an easy process. As it turns out, I was wrong! I had singled out Lee right from my initial enquiry (I was just testing the market at that time) as the person to call should I ever want to sell my property. That time came a few months later when my tenants gave notice to vacate and I decided the time was right to sell, so I gave him a call. After receiving an impressive sales proposal, I gave Lee the go-ahead to act for me in the sale of my property. Whilst I was fully aware that I could have saved a few dollars on fees by shopping around with other local agents, I was very impressed from the outset with Lee’s confidence, professionalism, detailed knowledge of the local market, and of the overall sales process, so I decided to risk paying that bit extra in the hope it would pay off come auction day. Well auction day never came, as three very serious buyers surfaced within a week or so of the apartment going online, and a written offer was received well before the scheduled auction date. Lee did a great job in keeping the competition keen during the negotiation stage and securing the best possible offer. In fact, the offer I accepted was considerably higher than what I had expected to achieve at auction. Despite my initial fears, the sales process turned out to be near effortless on my part. Lee kept me fully informed at each step of the way. He always answered my queries promptly, and took the time to discuss my concerns throughout the sales process. Lee certainly delivered on his promises and achieved a great result. My only regret is that I never got to meet him in person. Next time I am in Melbourne I will definitely look you up Lee!

Simon and his associate Danielle Reynolds recently managed the campaign for the sale of our property in Fitzroy, culminating in a successful auction in November ‘16. My wife and I were extremely impressed with every aspect of the process and wouldn't hesitate recommending Simon and Danielle to anyone considering using their services. Whilst Simon is clearly a very competent and successful auctioneer (and that skillset was put to very effective use on auction day), there are many other aspects of the campaign which are critically important to the result on the day. Simon and his team effectively project-managed a range of complementary services, including: • planning the timing of the sale; • the online and paper-based advertising campaign (incorporating a high-quality photo shoot and professionally edited video); • recommending and managing the services of a property stylist; • arranging minor remedial works on a timely basis with a trustworthy and cost-effective supplier (including painting and electrical & gas works); and • maintaining constant contact with us during the process, keeping us informed of potential buyers and active management of the campaign (including recommendations on adjusting the advertised range based on early interest in the property). Simon made himself personally available at key stages throughout the entire process, including being present on-site to provide guidance to the photographer, videographer, tradesman and property stylist (all of which occurred on different days). Simon had fantastic ideas to further enhance the appeal of this equine property, from simple cosmetic changes, to providing a fantastic styler, obtaining local press for "Property of the Week in the Weekly Times, through to the video production...it was certainly a complete package. Almost done too well, having well over a 100 parties through in the first few opens - it was like an open house at the block.
