Marcus was from the first meeting, friendly, exuberant, positive and convincing. Convincing that I had a good product that he could sell for me. I was nervous and anxious throughout the whole process, but his patience, knowledge of the market and professionalism put me at ease. I was initially disappointed with no sale at the auction, but the end result of the private sale was fantastic. I got more than I imagined, but within the range that Marcus said he believed I could.
