Excellent agent
Mark was reliable, honest and trustworthy. He guided us through the process step by step. He provided updates in a timely manner following inspections and brief us leading up to and during the auction. We would recommend him to others.

Our experience with Mark Lawson was very positive and would have no qualms recommending him.
Mark was very up front about what he actually believed to be the real value of our property in todays market. He assisted us in getting the property ready for auction and nothing was ever a problem. Mark was also very prompt in returning our calls when we had questions and he made sure that the whole process from start to finish went very smoothly.

Excellent and Professional
Our experience with Mark through the whole process was excellent all the information and guidance was less stressful due to the professionalism of Mark and his extended team on the day of the auction also his extended assistance after the property was sold continued nothing wasn’t too much trouble and we are just awaiting a straight forward settlement day next week

Sound Advice, hard work and best outcome.
I found Mark's knowledge of the market exceptional. This was challenging as the gap between deciding to sell and marketing the property (in my case - six months) the landscape was changing continually. Mark's communication during the campaign was again exceptional. Consistent, realistic and timely making my decision making that much more easier and informed. Mark also went the extra mile in facilitating viewing of the property (by the ultimate purchaser after numerous visits) outside normal open times and the 2 weeks after the auction. This was a testament to Marks relationship skills as he was able to gain the confidence and respect of the tenants during this process (no mean feet!). I wouldn't hesitate to use Mark again and highly recommend him. Well done!.

Outstanding Agent!
It was an absolute pleasure to have Alex selling our house, he was aware of the emotional attachment to our long term family home and he made it totally stress free for us. He was so easy to get along with, always contactable, kept us very well informed and always invited our input. Our house was listed for only a short time before it went to auction and Alex was very dedicated and worked tirelessly promoting our property. Thanks to his commitment our house sold in a very tough market on auction day. We would definitely recommend Alex to anyone buying or selling their home.

Highly professional sales agent
Alex first came to our notice about 18 months ago when a flyer was left in our mailbox inviting us to request a valuation. At the time we weren't thinking of selling but thought it would be interesting to get an idea of possibilities. Alex came around and gave us his thoughts without any sales pressure - we made it clear that we weren't ready to sell but that we would be happy for Alex to keep in touch with us. He duly did so from time to time, but again without any pressure. When we were ready to consider selling we told him, and we started to plan. We told him that we were very happy with his professionalism and had no intention of inviting anyone else to give us an idea of a selling price. We kept that promise even when we were approached by a competitor agency. Alex helped us prepare the house for sale giving it the best presentation, and although we spent a lot on doing so, it worked, and Alex got us a price which was less than we were hoping for, but more than we expected in what is a slowing market. In sum we were very happy with our choice and would have no hesitation in recommending Alex.
